• ½ tsp. curry powder
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• ¾ cup fresh squeezed Sunkist® orange juice
• ¼ cup orange marmalade
• ½ Sunkist® lemon, grated zest and juice
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. corn starch
• 1 cup sweet red or green bell pepper strips
• 2 Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
• 1 Sunkist® orange, peeled, cut in half-cartwheel slices
