Twelfth Night Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp. Sunkist® orange zest
• 1 Tbsp. Sunkist® lemon zest
• 2 ½ cups sifted flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ cup chopped Glace fruit mix
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1 whole blanched almond
• ¾ cup Sunkist® fresh squeezed orange juice
• 2 tsp. Sunkist® fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp. rum
