  ASIAN CHICKEN AND ORANGE LETTUCE WRAPS

  GRILLED SUNKIST® ORANGE CAESAR SALAD

Ingredients:

GRILLED SUNKIST® ORANGE CAESAR SALAD
  • 1 bag (8 or 10-ounce) prepared salad greens
  • 4 Sunkist® Tangerines or small oranges, peeled, seeded and sliced 1/2-inch thick, grilled or broiled
  • 5 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 oz. prepared croutons
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • your favorite Caesar dressing

Directions:
In large salad bowl, combine salad greens, grilled or broiled oranges, mushrooms, croutons, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve.

Makes 4 servings

Consider adding fresh-squeezed orange juice and orange zest to your favorite Caesar dressing.
