Ingredients:

- 1 bag (8 or 10-ounce) prepared salad greens
- 4 Sunkist® Tangerines or small oranges, peeled, seeded and sliced 1/2-inch thick, grilled or broiled
- 5 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 2 oz. prepared croutons
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- your favorite Caesar dressing
Directions:
In large salad bowl, combine salad greens, grilled or broiled oranges, mushrooms, croutons, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve.
Makes 4 servings
Consider adding fresh-squeezed orange juice and orange zest to your favorite Caesar dressing.
