Cara Cara Orange Gummies

Directions

1. Place gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water to soften, approximately 5 minutes.
2. Remove from water, drain and set aside.
3. In a small pot, heat the orange juice over medium heat just before it comes to a boil.
4. Turn off heat and whisk in softened gelatin sheets until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
5. Carefully pour into silicone molds.
6. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
7. Remove gummies from molds.
8. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
