Minneola Martini

ingredients

  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 oz. Minneola tangelo juice
  • .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Campari
Directions
  1. Add Amaretto, Minneola tangelo and lemon juices to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Pour Campari slowly down the side of the glass and allow it to settle in the bottom of the cocktail.
