  • 1 16.5-ounce package store-bought sugar cookie dough
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese at soft room temperature
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Sunkist® Mandarin oranges, peeled and separated into segments
  • 1 cup each: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (feel free to use any combination of your favorite fruits/berries)
  • 1 kiwi slice for center of pizza
  • 2 tbsp honey mixed with 1 tsp water for glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press cookie dough into the bottom of a 10-inch tart pan that has been greased and lined with parchment. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool completely before transferring to serving plate and topping with frosting and fruit.
  3. Prepare frosting by placing cream cheese, honey, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl and mixing well with a whisk or silicon spatula. Spread over cooled crust. Top crust with Sunkist Mandarin segments and a variety of fruits. Place the kiwi slice in the center.
  4. Mix honey and water to make a glaze. Brush glaze over fruits for a shiny finish. Place pizza in refrigerator to set for 1 hour in order to get clean slices but feel free to enjoy immediately!
