Zesty Melon Marga’veza
- Combine the lime zest, tequila, water, and sugar in a large container, such as a stainless steel stock pot or pitcher, then stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the juices, watermelon, and salt. Stir to combine, mashing up some of the watermelon to release some juice. (At this point you can refrigerate the punch for service up to 3 days in advance).
- When ready to serve add beer. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wheels and watermelon wedges.
