Fresh is the right word for this salsa! Fresh Cara Cara Navel Salsa is absolutely delicious and refreshing. And is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Try serving with fish tacos.

Ingredients:

½ cup Sunkist® Cara Cara orange segments, diced
1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. red onion, small dice
1 tsp. jalapeño pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves, minced
1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

Combine all ingredients and toss gently to mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Serve with chips, or use as a topping for white fish, shrimp, chicken, or tacos.
