A wonderfully fresh tasting glaze. Orange Glaze is easy to make and can be used on a number of dishes. Try on cookies, various breads and bundt cakes!

Ingredients:

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. freshly squeezed Sunkist® orange juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. freshly grated Sunkist® orange peel

Instructions: (Makes 12 servings)

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Stir in additional juice as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time, until icing reaches appropriate consistency for drizzling.
