Sunkist Ojai Pixie Tangerine Rice Cake Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

• For the salad:
• 4 brown rice cakes, crumbled
• 2 Sunkist® Pixies, peeled and segmented
• 1 cup broccoli, small florets
• 1 carrot, peeled and grated
• 2 sheets nori seaweed, cut into 1/4" by 2" strips (kitchen shears work best)
  
  
• For the dressing:
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
• 2 Tbsp. mustard powder
• 1 Tbsp. pickled ginger, chopped
• 1 Sunkist® lemon, juiced (approximtely 1/4 cup)
• Black sesame seeds, for garnish
