Zesty Stir-Fry Shrimp and Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

• ¾ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
• 1 Tbsp. corn starch
• ½ Sunkist® lemon, grated peel and juice (1 1/2 Tbsp. juice)
• 1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
• 2 tsp. vegetable oil
• 1 tsp. sesame oil
• ¾ lb. raw medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
• 1 medium clove garlic, minced
• 16 small button mushrooms
• ¾ cup red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares
• 1 small onion, sliced
• ½ cup frozen peas
• Cooked Chinese style noodles or linguine
