A fresh fruit dessert is most welcome after a filling meal. Citrus-Yogurt Sundaes also make any brunch special.
Ingredients:

lowfat vanilla yogurt

freshly grated Sunkist® orange peel

freshly grated Sunkist® grapefruit peel

Sunkist® grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

Sunkist® oranges, peeled and cut into half-cartwheel slices

bananas, sliced

blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or seedless grapes

ground cinnamon
Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

Combine the yogurt, orange and grapefruit peels; cover and chill.

In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients; cover and chill.

To serve, spoon fruit mixture into individual dessert dishes and top with the yogurt.
