A hearty citrus salad, Grilled Beef Salad with Sunkist Oranges is a delicious main dish salad.
Ingredients:

Sunkist® navel, valencia or cara cara oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise

Sunkist® lemon juice, freshly squeezed

fish sauce

Tbsp.
brown sugar

1 - 2 each thai bird or serrano chiles

lb.
New York or flank steak, grilled and sliced one quarter inch thick

red onion, small and thinly sliced

cup thai basil leaves

cucumber, small, thinly sliced

cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

Combine the lemon juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, chiles and set aside.

To assemble the salad, gently toss the dressing, steak, onion, orange, basil, cucumber and tomato.

Let the ingredients sit in the dressing for 2 to 3 minutes to absorb flavor.

Divide ingredients evenly and serve on lettuce leaves.
