Wait until you try this dish! Baked Pork Chops with Tangerine Dressing is absolutely delicious. Tangerine, coconut and fresh tangerines are just a few of the ingredients that make up this great dish.


  • 8 thin cut pork chops (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 package (about 6 oz.) seasoned stuffing or dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup Sunkist® freshly squeezed tangerine juice
  • 1/2 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 Sunkist® tangerines, peeled, segmented, seeded

  • Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

  • Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. In skillet brown chops in oil, remove and set aside. To pan drippings, add stuffing mix, chicken broth, tangerine juice, coconut, celery, onion and tangerine segments mixing well.
  • In a 9x9 inch baking dish, arrange 4 chops, cover with stuffing mixture, top with remaining chops and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
