Key limes add a touch of Caribbean flavor, Sunkist Key Lime Mousse Pie is light and delicious.


  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 envelope gelatin powder
  • 2 cups lime or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup fresh Sunkist® key lime juice (about 12 limes)
  • Finely grated zest of 2 Sunkist® key limes
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 prepared 9” graham cracker piecrust
  • Additional key lime zest, for garnish
  • Additional key lime slices, for garnish

Instructions: (Makes 8 servings)

  • Pour cold water into small metal bowl.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over.
  • Let stand until gelatin softens, about 10 minutes.
  • Whisk yogurt, sugar, lime juice and zest until creamy, in medium bowl.
  • Gently fold lime mixture into whipped cream.
  • Set bowl of gelatin in saucepan of barely simmering water; whisk until gelatin dissolves, about 1 minute.
  • Whisk into creamy lime mixture.
  • Pour mixture into piecrust.
  • Garnish with additional lime zest and lime slices.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.
