Ingredients:

  • 16 corn tortilla chips -- large
  • 8 oz. Monterey jack cheese -- shredded
  • 1/2 cup cup Sunkist® fresh tangelo sections -- chopped
  • 16 slices jalapeño -- optional

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

  • Preheat oven to 400º F.
  • Place tortilla chips on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle each tortilla with 1tablespoon of cheese and 1/2 tablespoon chopped tangelos. (For a spicier taste, add jalapeno slices.)
  • Bake in oven 6 - 8 minutes until cheese is melted.
