A triple punch of Sunkist Citrus will encourage you to ring the bell and order another round of Thai Boxer Cocktails, a herbaceous straight up cocktail. Proceed slowly as not to get knocked out too fast!

Ingredients:

6 - 8 Asian basil leaves
1 ½ tsp. granulated sugar
2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz. Sunkist_® orange juice
2 oz. Sunkist_® grapefruit juice
½ oz. Sunkist_® lime juice
2 oz. Ginger Ale
1 Sunkist_® Grapefruit zest, round slice

Instructions: (Makes 1 serving)

Drink Assembly - per drink

Combine basil, sugar in bottom of shaker and muddle extra well to create a paste..

Fill shaker with ice and gin, orange & grapefruit, juice, ginger ale & lime juice.

Shake until cold and thoroughly mixed.

Strain into a martini glass neat or over ice in glass of choice.

Squeeze grapefruit zest towards drink to release essential oils on surface.

Skewer zest and basil sprig and use to garnish cocktail.
