ingredients
1 handful of frozen spinach
1 cup of frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
1 frozen banana, quartered
Juice from ½ of a Sunkist® lemon
1 cup of plant-based milk (add more depending on desired consistency)
Optional: 1 tablespoon pea protein
Optional: add a pinch of a zest from a Sunkist® lemon
Optional: 1 Sunkist® lemon wheel for garnish
Directions
In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until completely smooth
Pour and enjoy!
