  • 2 tablespoons Blood orange zest
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • .25 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • .25 cup shredded coconut


  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate over double boiler or in microwave at 30 second intervals (stirring each time).
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto lined baking sheet (1/4 inch thick).
  4. Sprinkle almonds, orange zest and coconut over top.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour, until set.
  6. Break chocolate into small pieces. Store in refrigerator
