Blood Orange Chocolate Bark
Directions
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt chocolate over double boiler or in microwave at 30 second intervals (stirring each time).
- Pour melted chocolate onto lined baking sheet (1/4 inch thick).
- Sprinkle almonds, orange zest and coconut over top.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour, until set.
- Break chocolate into small pieces. Store in refrigerator
