Dark Chocolate Covered Blood Oranges

Directions
- Peel and segment Blood orange and set aside.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave on low heat for 30 seconds, and then 10 seconds at a time. Stir chocolate until smooth.
- Dip one half of each Blood orange in the chocolate and lay on parchment paper to set.
- Drizzle more melted chocolate on top and add flaky sea salt while still wet. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes to set up.
