Blood Orange Parfait

ingredients
- 2 Sunkist® Blood oranges
- 1.33 cup greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
- 0.75 granola of choice
- honey, optional garnish
Directions
- Begin by supreming the Blood oranges.
- Spoon in ⅓ cup of yogurt into the bottom of each short glass dish.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of granola into each cup, then place a layer of supreme Blood oranges over the top.
- Divide the remaining yogurt between both glasses, followed by another layer of the remaining granola in each glass.
- Top each parfait with a few slices of Blood oranges and garnish with a drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.
