Saffron Water ingredients

  • 5 threads of saffron
  • 1 ice cube

Bougie Blood Orange Bourbon ingredients

  • 1 Sunkist Blood orange
  • .5 oz Whistlepig Maple Syrup
  • 2 oz Whistlepig Bourbon
  • 1 pinch dried or fresh mint
  • .5 tsp Saffron water

Saffron Water

Directions

  1. Grind 5 threads of saffron into a fine powder.
  2. Add one ice cube into the powder and let it completely melt into the powder.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight jar and keep refrigerated.

Bougie Blood Orange Bourbon

Directions

  1. Juice one whole Blood orange into a glass
  2. Add ½ oz of Whistlepig Maple Syrup
  3. Add 2 oz Whistlepig Bourbon
  4. Add 5-6 drops (appx ½ a tsp) Saffron Water
  5. Stir gently
  6. Add one large ice cube
  7. Garnish with a Blood orange slice and mint
