Gold Nugget, Kale, Celery & Apple Juice

Yield may vary based on the size of produce and type of juicer. If your juicer has multiple speeds, juice citrus on low speed. Alternatively, use a citrus juicer or reamer for citrus fruit.

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed Sunkist® Gold Nugget variety mandarin juice (about 4 mandarins)
  • 4 cups fresh kale
  • 0.25 cup freshly pressed celery juice (about 1 head of celery)
  • 0.5 cup freshly pressed Granny Smith apple juice (about 1 apple)

  1. Remove peel and all pith from the mandarins using a sharp knife. Wash the fresh kale, celery, and Granny Smith apples.
  2. Process the mandarins, fresh kale, celery, and Granny Smith apples through a juicer into a container.
  3. Combine juices in a pitcher and serve well-chilled or over ice.
  4. Store leftover fresh juice in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
