Oil & Wine Cocktail ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1.5 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 0.24 ounce Sunkist® Olio Sacrum
  • Sunkist pummelo twist for garnish

Olio Sacrum ingredients

  • zest of 2 Sunkist® pummelos
  • zest of 6 Sunkist Meyer lemons
  • zest of 6 Sunkist limes
  • equal weight of zest in sugar (e.g. if all zest weighs XX, add an equal amount of sugar)

Oil & Wine Cocktail


  1. Pour gin, sweet vermouth and Sunkist® Olio Sacrum (recipe below) into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Stir 40 times.
  3. Pour into a coup glass and garnish with a Sunkist pummelo twist.

Olio Sacrum


  1. In zip lock or vacuum-sealed bag, add Sunkist® pummelo zest, Sunkist Meyer lemon zest and Sunkist lime zest.
  2. Let sit until citrus oils have mixed with sugar to form a syrup (roughly 48 hours in a zip lock bag, or 24 hours in vacuum-sealed bag).
