Oil & Wine Cocktail
- Pour gin, sweet vermouth and Sunkist® Olio Sacrum (recipe below) into a cocktail shaker.
- Stir 40 times.
- Pour into a coup glass and garnish with a Sunkist pummelo twist.
- In zip lock or vacuum-sealed bag, add Sunkist® pummelo zest, Sunkist Meyer lemon zest and Sunkist lime zest.
- Let sit until citrus oils have mixed with sugar to form a syrup (roughly 48 hours in a zip lock bag, or 24 hours in vacuum-sealed bag).
