  • 1 ounce freshly-squeezed Minneola tangelo juice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 0.5 ounce grenadine
  • bar spoon of pastis
  • 3 ounces sparkling wine
  • 1 dried tangelo wheel
  1. Measure the Minneola tangelo juice, gin, grenadine and pastis into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice, cap and shake.
  3. Pour into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a dried Minneola tangelo wheel.
