Orange Almond Ricotta Toast

ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread (or bread of choice)
- 1 Sunkist® Cara Cara orange
- 1 Sunkist® Navel orange
- .5 cup dairy-free almond ricotta
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Honey for drizzling (replace with maple syrup for vegan substitute)

Preparation: 10 Minutes
Directions
- Toast bread in toaster, or however you prefer.
- Slice Sunkist® Cara Cara orange and Sunkist® Navel orange into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Lay each orange round flat and cut around to remove the peel. Set aside.
- Place the almond ricotta in a bowl and add in honey. Mix together with a spoon.
- Assemble toast by spreading 1/4 cup of the ricotta mixture on to the toasted bread. Top each slice of bread with four orange slices and drizzle honey on top.
