Navel Orange Maple Roasted Turkey Breast

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Rinse the turkey with cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
- Slice 1 Navel orange into quarters.
- Place quartered orange and shallot onto the center of a rimmed baking sheet.
- Top with 3-4 sprigs of rosemary and 3-4 sprigs of thyme.
- Place turkey breast on top.
- Drizzle olive oil all over turkey breast.
- Zest remaining orange and rub zest all over turkey breast.
- Slice orange into quarters and tuck the pieces under the turkey breast.
- Pour maple syrup on top of turkey breast and rub to coat.
- Chop remaining rosemary and thyme and rub into skin of turkey.
- Generously add sea salt on top of turkey breast.
- Place turkey in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350F and cook an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove turkey from the oven and cover with foil and allow to sit for 20 minutes. Serve sliced!
