  • .5 Sunkist® Grapefruit juice
  • .5 cup rolled oats
  • .5 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • .5 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • .5 tbsp honey
  • 13 grams vanilla granola

Directions

  1. Juice ½ a cup of Sunkist® Grapefruit and add some zest into the juice for added texture. Pour the juice into the bottom of your mason jar to start.
  2. Then, add ½ cup of rolled oats to your mason jar.
  3. Next, add in ½ cup of almond milk into your mason jar.
  4. Add 1 scoop of your preferred vanilla protein powder to your mason jar along with ½ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt as well.
  5. Top with 13g of Vanilla Granola and ½ tablespoon of honey.
  6. Place the lid onto your mason jar and give it a good shake.
  7. Leave in the fridge for at least a few hours but preferably overnight for a flavorful breakfast on the go.
  8. In the morning, top with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
  9. Macronutrients: 375 calories, 35g protein, 45g carb, 7g fat
