Orange Vinaigrette

  • 2oz extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1oz white wine vinegar
  • 1 and 1/2 oz of freshly-squeezed Sunkist Cara Cara orange juice
  • 3 pinches paprika
  • leaves from 1 fresh thyme sprig
  • 3 pinches sea salt
  • 4 turns from your pepper mill, freshly cracked pepper


  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl add all wet ingredients and stir to incorporate everything with a soup spoon.
  2. Add all dry ingredients.
  3. Stir and incorporate wet and dry ingredients together. Make sure to stir well as you want to emulsify the vinaigrette.
  4. Pour onto some fresh greens or beans and enjoy.
