Dry Blood Orange Sour

- .25 WhistlePig Maple Syrup
- .5 Lemon juice
- 1 aquafaba (or 1 large egg white)
- 1 Sunkist Blood orange juice
- 2 WhistlePig Dry Orange Old Fashioned
- 3.5 dashes of Peychaud Bitters
Directions
- Combine blood orange juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and WhistlePig Dry Orange Old Fashioned into a shaker tin.
- Without ice, dry shake to emulsify and aerate ingredients for 15-20 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker, shake again for 15 seconds to chill and dilute ingredients.
- Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass of choice.
- Garnish with Peychaud Bitters once the foam settles; use a toothpick to make playful design. Serve.
