Grapefruit Salty Dog Popsicles

- 2 ounces gin
- 6 ounces Sunkist® California Star Ruby grapefruit juice
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 ounces dry Rosè wine
- 1 Sunkist® Navel or Cara Cara orange
PREP TIME
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Directions
- Mix together gin, grapefruit juice, orange juice, kosher salt, sugar and wine. Stir until salt and sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into rocks glasses.
- Cut off the end of the orange and slice four round slices. Cut a slit in the middle of the orange.
- Insert popsicle stick into the orange and set on top of the liquid in the rocks glass.
- Place in freezer for at least six hours. Remove popsicle from rocks glasses and serve.
