Grapefruit Salty Dog Popsicles

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 6 ounces Sunkist® California Star Ruby grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 ounces dry Rosè wine
  • 1 Sunkist® Navel or Cara Cara orange

Preparation: 10 Minutes

Directions
  1. Mix together gin, grapefruit juice, orange juice, kosher salt, sugar and wine. Stir until salt and sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into rocks glasses.
  2. Cut off the end of the orange and slice four round slices. Cut a slit in the middle of the orange.
  3. Insert popsicle stick into the orange and set on top of the liquid in the rocks glass.
  4. Place in freezer for at least six hours. Remove popsicle from rocks glasses and serve.
