Honey Lemon Basil Collins

Number of servings


  • 2.5 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 1.5 ounces Sunkist® Honey Lemon Syrup (recipe follows)
  • 1.5 ounces soda water
  • 1 lemon wheel for garnish

Sunkist® Honey Lemon Syrup ingredients

  • 0.33 cup local honey
  • 0.5 cup warm water
  • 0.33 cup fresh squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice


Time: 5 minutes


  1. Tear the basil leaves and drop into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Measure in the vodka and Sunkist Honey Lemon Syrup.
  3. Fill with ice, cap and shake.
  4. Add soda water to cocktail shaker and then pour into a Collins or tall glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and lemon.

Sunkist® Honey Lemon Syrup


  1. In a small pitcher or jar mix together the honey and warm water until well dissolved.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
