Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad

ingredients

  • 2 pounds rotisserie chicken, boneless, skinless, chopped
  • 7 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1.5 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 5 Sunkist Delite® mandarins, peeled, segmented
  • 3 tablespoons stone ground Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • .25 teaspoon salt
  • .25 teaspoon pepper

PREP TIME

Preparation: 15 minutes

Directions
  1. Combine and stir chicken, celery, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Add Sunkist Delite® mandarins and dried cranberries.
  3. Gently mix ingredients together and serve.
