Frosted Orange Cranberry Cookies

- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons of fresh Sunkist® Navel orange juice
- 0.5 cup dried cranberries
- 1 Sunkist® Navel orange zest
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and orange juice until smooth.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and orange zest. Using a large cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons), portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- When cool, frost each cookie with about 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese frosting. Top with more orange zest, if desired.
