  • 3 Sunkist® Valencia oranges, segmented
  • 3 Sunkist® grapefruits, segmented
  • .25 brown coconut
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 2 Sunkist® lemons, juiced
  • 3 teaspoons Tajin
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint


  1. Cut rind off oranges and grapefruits. Cut them in slices.
  2. For the coconut, using a vegetable peeler, peel coconut in shards.
  3. Peel, remove seed, and cut avocado in 1” chunks.
  4. Place Sunkist® Valencia oranges, grapefruit, coconut, and avocado in a bowl.
  5. Pour lemon juice over the fruit.
  6. Sprinkle Tajin over fruit. Mix gently with a large spoon to prevent breakage.
  7. Allow to sit for 20 minutes.
  8. Before serving, dot leaves of fresh mint throughout fruit and sprinkle more Tajin over the top of the fruit.
