  • 1 Sunkist® Blood orange
  • 1 Brie (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the rind off the Sunkist® Blood orange. Make sure to cut all the white off.
  4. Chop the Sunkist® Blood orange flesh into 1/2-1/3” pieces.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the chopped orange, maple syrup, and fresh thyme leaves.
  6. Place unwrapped brie into a prepared baking dish.
  7. Top the brie with the orange mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted inside. You can test it by lightly pressing on the cheese with your finger.
  9. Serve hot with crackers.
