  • .75 ounce tequila
  • .5 ounce menthe
  • .25 ounce Absinthe
  • 1 ounce Sunkist® Cara Cara orange juice
  • .25 ounce Champagne

Directions

  1. Combine ice, tequila, menthe, Absinthe, and Sunkist® Cara Cara orange juice into cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake ingredients together and strain into a highball glass.
  3. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a Sunkist® Cara Cara orange slice.
