  • 1 Sunkist® mandarin, segmented, diced
  • .5 medium apple, peeled, diced
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • .25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 1 whole grain tortilla (8 inches)
  • 8 spinach leaves
  • 2 slices thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mandarins, apples and cranberries
  2. In a second bowl, combine Greek yogurt and lemon juice. Spread over tortilla
  3. Layer tortilla with spinach, fruit mixture, turkey and feta cheese. Roll up tightly.
