Holiday Relish

  • 1 Sunkist® orange (Navel or Cara Cara Navel)
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 0.5 cup dry roasted whole almonds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.5 cup sugar


Preparation: 20 minutes

Marinate: 1 hour


  1. Cut the orange into small chunks with the peel.
  2. Place the cut orange, pineapple, ginger, cranberries, almonds in a food processor. Pulse mixture until chopped fine, but with some remaining texture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the sugar.
  4. Let sit at least 1 hour chilled before serving. The relish keeps up to 5 days refrigerated.
