MANDARIN CHUTNEY

ingredients

  • 4 Sunkist® mandarins, segmented
  • .5 jalapeno, seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, rough chopped
  • 3 tablespoon cilantro leaves
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste

PREP TIME

Preparation: 10 minutes

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.
