tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped fine

tablespoon mint leaves

tablespoon green onion, rough chopped

tablespoon cilantro leaves

teaspoon granulated sugar
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
PREP TIME
Preparation:
10 minutes
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Store in the refrigerator.
