White Choc Blood Orange

  • 2 Sunkist® Blood Oranges, segmented
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • Sprinkles


  1. Peel and segment Blood oranges and set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave on low heat for 30 seconds and then 10 seconds at a time. Stir chocolate to smooth.
  3. Dip one half of each Blood orange in the chocolate and lay on parchment paper to set.
  4. Garnish with sprinkles while still wet.
  5. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes to set up.
