Zucchini Noodles with Lemon Herb Cream Sauce

- To a medium sauté pan, add the lemon zest, milk, and garlic until simmering.
- Add the lemon juice and season generously with salt and pepper.
- To the pan, add the zucchini noodles and coat in the sauce until noodles are just tender.
- Stir in the basil and parsley. Plate, and serve warm.
• Garnish with extra basil, parsley, and lemon zest.
