Lemon Zoodles

Number of servings


  • 1 Sunkist lemon (about 1 tbsp juice, 1 tsp zest)
  • .5 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 cups zucchini noodles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley


  1. To a medium sauté pan, add the lemon zest, milk, and garlic until simmering.
  2. Add the lemon juice and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. To the pan, add the zucchini noodles and coat in the sauce until noodles are just tender.
  4. Stir in the basil and parsley. Plate, and serve warm.

    • Garnish with extra basil, parsley, and lemon zest.
