Garlic and Lemon Avocado Sauce

ingredients
- 1 Sunkist® Lemon
- .5 cup canola, olive or avocado oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro, rinsed and stems cut off
- 1 ripe avocado
- .25 teaspoon ground coriander
- .5 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- Add ingredients in order listed to a food processor, blender, or bullet blender.
- Blend until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Serve on your protein of choice. Store refrigerated for up to 4 days.
