Garlic and Lemon Avocado Sauce

ingredients

  • 1 SunkistĀ® Lemon
  • .5 cup canola, olive or avocado oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro, rinsed and stems cut off
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • .25 teaspoon ground coriander
  • .5 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
Directions
  1. Add ingredients in order listed to a food processor, blender, or bullet blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve on your protein of choice. Store refrigerated for up to 4 days.
