Zesty Garlic Yogurt Aioli
Use this tangy aioli drizzled over rice or as a dip for crisp veggies or sweet potato fries. For a richer sauce flavor, make with extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation: 10 minutes
- Zest and juice the lemon into a medium bowl.
- Add the garlic, yogurt and seasonings, and then whisk together.
- Add the olive oil slowly while continuing to whisk until smooth.
