ingredients

  • 12 ounce Belgian white beer
  • 1 cup Sunkist® Navel orange juice
  • 1 Sunkist® Navel orange, sliced
  • 4 medium basil leaves
  • 4 thin slices red Fresno chiles, no seeds
  • 4 -1 ounce shots rye or bourbon whiskey

PREP TIME

Preparation: 10 Minutes

Directions
  1. In 4 Collins glasses, add 2 ounces orange juice to each glass.
  2. Add 1 basil leaf and a slice of Fresno chile in each glass.
  3. Mash using a muddler.
  4. Add 3 ounces beer to each glass and garnish with an orange slice.
  5. Serve each with a side shot of whiskey.
