ingredients
- 12 ounce Belgian white beer
- 1 cup Sunkist® Navel or Valencia orange juice
- 1 Sunkist® Navel or Valencia orange, sliced
- 4 medium basil leaves
- 4 thin slices red Fresno chiles, no seeds
- 4 -1 ounce shots rye or bourbon whiskey
PREP TIME
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Directions
- In 4 Collins glasses, add 2 ounces orange juice to each glass.
- Add 1 basil leaf and a slice of Fresno chile in each glass.
- Mash using a muddler.
- Add 3 ounces beer to each glass and garnish with an orange slice.
- Serve each with a side shot of whiskey.
