Grinch’s Fudge

Rocky Road Fudge ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup dried Sunkist Delite® Mandarin, chopped
  • .75 cup shortbread cookies, chopped
  • .5 cup pistachios, chopped
  • .5 cup marshmallows
  • heart sprinkles

Dried Mandarins ingredients

  • 5 Sunkist Delite® mandarins, segmented


Preparation: 15 minutes

Cook Time : 9 hours

Rocky Road Fudge

  1. Dehydrate Sunkist mandarins (directions below).
  2. Using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
  3. Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in vanilla, salt, dried Sunkist Delite mandarins, cookies, pistachios and marshmallows.
  4. Pour onto parchment lined 8 x 8" pan and spread evenly.
  5. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  6. Cut into 2" squares and add single heart sprinkle if desired.

Dried Mandarins

  1. Preset dehydrator or Preheat oven to 165 F.
  2. Add Sunkist Delite mandarin segments into the dehydrator, or place in the oven.
  3. Dry Sunkist Delite mandarins for 8 hours (flip midway).
